Online Customer Complaint Management System: This is a Complaint Management App developed by Axisvation and hosted on Windows Azure. This App is basically taken as service by Product or Service companies to manage complaint of their customers. So here end-customers gets this free App from which they can file the complaints for the product and service issues on-the-fly thru PC / laptop / smartphones or tablet.
